This motivational Monday is a little bit different.I want to talk about Blogilates-POP Pilates!
The creator is Cassey Ho and she is amazing!! I came across her while on tumblr and thought I would give it a try.
She makes it easy for anyone to try and even has a Beginner’s month calendar to start of with!
What you do is print of the calendar and then go to youtube and start working out!! It’s that easy!! She also makes a new one for each month and they are all different from each other! You can also follow her food plan while following her workouts.
Let me tell you though….there are some tough workouts and even if you feel like you are fine afterwards wait until tomorrow! You will feel it then!
